Gudhal's flower tea

This recipe will make 4 cups of Gudhal flower tea

material
Flowers of dried coconut (make sure the flowers are worth eating and the chemical or pesticides are not used on the plant): 1 cup

Cinnamon: One piece

Ginger: Wash fresh and without peels and sliced ​​into small round pieces: ½ inch

Honey / jaggery jaggery



Method
Boil 4 cups of water. Mix guldhal flowers, cinnamon pieces and ginger pieces. Then boil for 5 minutes.

Remove the vessel from the stove and cover it. Leave for 15-20 minutes (leaving the flowers for long periods of time in the water) and you can add more dried flowers to make more string.

Squeeze the pieces of cinnamon and ginger, so that they get more and more sattva in the water, then filter the water.

Add honey or date jug to taste. Serve hot or cold. Keep the water completely cold before placing it in the refrigerator.
